Here are few more samples of projects that we have been fortunate to be a part of.
Dual Leash Extender
Project goals: Chris Bentz came to us with an idea to make dual leash extender similar to the retractable leashes on the market today but made for people with two dogs. There were many design obstacles to work around with this concept, mainly how to keep the leashes from getting tangled when the two dogs crossed paths and also how to brake the individual dogs. Along with input from Chris, 360 was able to find a solution that addressed these problems and create a functional prototype that is currently in the testing phase. Todd Hays and the U.S. Olympic Bobsled Team
Project goals: Silver medalist Todd Hays is going for the Gold in the 2010 Olympic winter games and came to us with a special project. Each track has different radius turns and bobsled runners are specifically designed and tuned for the track that they will be running on. 360 offered to redesign the current two and four man runners for the upcoming Olympic games. Good luck to Todd Hays and the rest of the team! Click on images to view larger image.
Neural Signals, Inc.
Project goals: Neural Signals, Inc. came to us with a set of DXF 2D drawings that they needed converted into 3D models in SolidWorks. They ended up using our FDM services to create custom electronics cases for their device in the low quantities that they needed. We are now exploring other inexpensive manufacturing options with them for this device. Click on images to view larger image.
