The requirements of rapid product development at a technology start up necessitate working with vendors who can work at your pace. I initially chose to work with Weston and the 360 team because of their very competitive prices and their excellent communication. I kept coming back for all of our rapid prototyping needs on the project because they did not disappoint. 360 prototyped several versions of the external rubber parts of our product, as well as many iterations of the plastic inner shell. The parts met my quality expectation for the selected rapid prototyping method, but more important was their on-time delivery record, allowing the design team to maintain momentum and meet the target deadlines. Their ability to work with a wide variety of file formats made working with them very easy. Communication is a strong suit for Weston and 360. I received emails, sometimes within minutes, confirming my request for quote with actual quotes coming very soon after. Weston also would send pictures of the parts after manufacturing so that I could review the parts before shipping.
